Black Lamb Chef Table was born from the belief that extraordinary food has the power to bring people together. I chose to build it in Corpus Christi because I fell in love with its people, its potential, and the opportunity to create something deeply personal through food and hospitality. My purpose is simple: to transform ingredients into art, every course into a story told with intention, and every dinner into a memory that lingers long after the final course is served.
